  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you need help with?

  I see only two sites in your WordPress.com account, and both are working fine. Both also haven’t been updated since they were created in April.

  That site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Google), you’ll want to reach out to them directly about it or write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
