Site down for maintenance.

My site has been displaying the message ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.’ for a few days now. However, only on some devices. On my iPhone and MacBook Air, the site is working fine, but on other desktops it it showing that message. How can I fix this, and what is causing this?
