Site down? No access

Somehow my site is not responding. I can see my editing screen, and the posts, but not the site itself. No access.

I can see the above URL of the site which you’ve mentioned above is working okay.
If you’ve forgotten your password then click on ”forgot password” to create one.If you are facing issue with the site which you’ve mentioned above,

I have only one blog in wordpress, but can´t reach it.
The error message says it's a connection issue, however my connection works well. I can also visit my Admin page (no problem with log in), and it seems today people acessed the site from other locations. However it is not working from my computer, and it did until a couple of days ago. No change in configuration of browser or internet. I have tried different browsers. And of course I have normal internet access to everything.

Further, I can edit old posts, but when I click “preview” in the editing screen I get the ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED message. I have also tried from my tablet and there's no access either.

Are you located in Spain by any chance? If so is your internet service provider (ISP) Movistar Spain? The reason I ask is because there is currently an issue on the Movistar Spain side that they are trying to fix. There’s another thread here: https://es.forums.wordpress.com/topic/problemas-para-conectar-a-wordpresscom-movistar-espana?replies=1 that goes into a little more detail about this issue and some of the testing you can do on your end.
I’ve also added the “modlook” tag to this thread so a moderator or staff member can help you work through this as well. Good luck and I am hopeful your site will be up and running in no time! :)

This is reassuring. Just moved to London and I could access fine from here. Will now respond to Movistar´s thread and hope it gets resolved from Spain. Obviously, I’d need my visitors access even if they have a Movistar ISP

You are most welcome! I know how frustrating it can be when people can’t access your site so I wish you all the best and hope your site is accessible to everyone in Spain regardless of their ISP as soon as possible :)

I didn’t hear back from you yet, but I did check in on this side. It looks like contacting the ISP may be your best bet, as it is a DNS issue on their side. Good luck!

@ujsag2016 since you aren’t in Spain, it would seem you are having a different issue. Could you open another thread so the people in this one won’t be confused by unrelated comment notifications?
I noticed the Spain ISP is fixed now, so we’ll close this thread.
