Site Down, please help

I need help retrieving my site to get it back up and running. I have spoken to my host who says that wordpress.com owns my domain and I can only resolve this issue here. Please help asap, this is my business and need the site back up as soon as possible.

That domain expired six weeks ago and has reached the redemption period where it becomes more difficult (and more expensive) to recover. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance. In the meantime see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Your domain city-peach.com expired on July 17. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

I have sent a payment request for the total of $98 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is received, we will send a note to our domain partner regarding city-peach.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
