Site down, when can I expect suspension to be reviewed?

    My site was suspended with no warning. I’ve checked the Terms of Service, can’t see how I could have violated them, and I’ve sent in a message through their form that I believe it was suspended in error. How long is it likely to take for anyone at WordPress to get back to me?
