  Why is so difficult to change text move images within a given template. Further nothing can be changed or toggled within the mobile. The site editor is simply pathetic and or jurassic when we compare to Wix, Elementor etc etc. The text editing is nightmare on WP

  Hey hi hello!

  I can see how using the WordPress block-based site editor may be troublesome at first! My experience was somewhat similar at first.

  With just a bit of practice, the editor becomes surprisingly efficient, and I’d like to help you get to that point! So for starters, may I ask you to share what has been specifically frustrating?

  If the site editor as a whole is problematic to you, then in my personal experience, the editor became much more intuitive after learning about the Group Block and how it can be used with the Columns Block.

  There’s also the Reusable Blocks feature, which makes webpage/template creation much faster.

  As you’re familiar with Elementor, you might be interested in the use of Block Patterns, given that building pages quickly with Elementor often involves a similar process.

  Finally, there’s a large selection of Themes (website templates) for varying types of websites (shops, portfolios, blogs, etc.). With the right Theme, and the use of group blocks, users can spend a mere few minutes to make their website look right on all devices. In some cases, writing custom CSS may be necessary to get precise results — in which case, volunteers and staff here to help.

  It may take a bit of learning at first, but it becomes both quick and easy afterwards. For businesses and the like concerned with SEO and ranking in search engines, WordPress is better equipped and optimized than Wix and Elementor, although that’s a separate topic that may not be relevant to this discussion.
