Site editor not loading

  Hello, starting to create my website before launching. I just paid for the creator memebership. When I click ‘edit site’ it goes to load the instantly bounces back to the worpress account home screen . This leaves me unable to edit the website. I am using the twenty twenty four theme. I am using google chrome browser and cleared my cookies and cache. How can I edit the website?
