Hi,
I received a email telling me to renew my domain but when i went to pay, i could’nt because it asked me for a phone number linked to my account that i did’nt have since i did’nt needed it until now.
I tried logging into my account to add a number but everything seem to have disappear. And it show me a different username. Everything is blank. My website is still online though.
Also i pay only for the domain, i have a free plan. So i dont see why all my profile would be erased the day before expiration, for example.

Yes this is my email adress.
The domain URL is https://maconneriembc.ca/
It does’nt have anything to do with the name of the profile that appears now.
