  Since your site returns a 500 error for this page, I would recommend that you check the following:

  Do you see the same issue if you temporarily disable all other plugins except for Jetpack and use a default theme, like Twenty Seventeen?

  Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen:

  On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session, without affecting normal visitors to your site. Then re-enable your plugins one at a time, testing your site in between, to narrow down the issue.
