  i’m working on this site for a freelance client and tried updating the WP version, and this error came up. What do i need access to in order to successfully troubleshoot this issue and restore the site?

  As for the website you’ve posted, it seems your site is hosted by Microsoft Corporation, while this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  Though they’re very similar, they’re two different things.

  I’m sorry you’re having this issue. I do not know what you need access to, to troubleshoot, but if you find what needs to be done. You may be able to go from there on finding what you need access to.

  I would suggest clicking the link given in the error message to debug this issue. They refer to this issue as the White Screen of Death.
