    Hi, our website BitPeople.com is getting the ‘could not open page’ error code. Is it possible that you can see where the error comes from?

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host One.com for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and they may have server error logs that could help narrow down the problem.
