I logged in today and found i cant make any changes to my site. I get errors for trying to change anything like themes and plugins. Clicking anything else on my dashboard leads to a a white screen like i don’t have internet. No clue what happened or how to fix it

Anytime i click anything related to the site on my dashboard i get sent a white screen with
“This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in glasskullperspective.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”like i don’t have internet. I also cant change any themes or anything without getting a “error has occurred. contact support” message
I just started making the site so there shouldn’t be any extra plugins and my it just got updated
