Site Error

  I would like to fix an error message that is occurring as I try to edit my plugins/themes for my site. This is the error code: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
  I have not received an email and have been trying to look into fixing the problem via the web and the answers are extremely complex and technical and I just want a simple, easy-fix solution.
  I just purchased the plan for the Business plan and am really not very happy with the difficulty involved in setting up my site. I have a custom theme I imported and it looks like the plugins I tried to install are affecting the setup. I just want this custom theme imported without any issues. I really hope you can help me promptly.

  Hi there,

  I see there is an issue with the mc-elementor-widgets plugin on your site that has caused a critical error. I’ve deactivated the plugin and the site is now accessible.

  Can you tell us a little more about what you are trying to set up? It sounds like that plugin is meant to work with the Elementor plugin, so you may need to install and activate Elementor first, and then you would safely be able to activate the widgets plugin.
