site error and cannot log into wp-admin

  My website is inaccessible from both the URL and wp-admin URL. When I log into my WP account I don’t see any info regarding it. The media, plugins, themes etc.. everything is gone. The only remnants I can see of my website are the notifications, ie’Congratulations! Your site, Lifetap Studios, passed 1000 all time views’ etc…

  This is a wordpress issue or a server host issue?
