Site Error Says: Unreachable

    I cannot access my WordPress photography website: jamiehudsonphotography.com I can’t even log in to ask a question as when I try to log in, it tells me ‘If you were trying to access your self hosted WordPress.org site, try yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ instead.’ That just directs me right back to the error message and I cannot access anything at all.
    I tried re-setting my password using my photography business email address, and even though all my emails from my WordPress site have been going there, somehow it reset a password for a blog. I didn’t even know I had set up the bones for a blog many, many years ago. I still cannot access my website. I cleared my caches, cookies, and tried from Safari and Chrome on multiple devices. Please, please help! This is for a class and I am getting behind because I can’t do any of the assigned work until I can access my site again.

    Hey there! I’m seeing this error message:
    This site can’t be reached
    ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

    That means there’s a problem with the domain or hosting itself, rather than anything with your WordPress installation. In this case I also see this on your domain: verification-hold.suspended-domain.com — usually that means the domain was suspended for lack of contact verification.

    Here’s what you’ll want to do:

    • Contact your domain registrar (the people you bought the name from) for help confirming the domain
    • Once you’ve fixed that, the site should start working again after a few hours.
    • If you still need help with WordPress itself, you’ll want to be sure to use the forums for the free WordPress code, as that’s fairly different from our managed hosting.
