Site Errors

    Hello, I recently made a woo commerce/online shop site and everything was working perfectly till checkout stopped working suddenly. Trying to fix it knocked jetpack and wordpress off and now wordpress won’t reconnect unless I pay £36 which I don’t remember doing before.

    When I first setup the site I didn’t pay for anything apart from the hosting and everything was working including my checkout and now wordpress, jetpack and checkout won’t work. And I cannot get it working till I pay for wordpress, am I missing something or do I have to pay for WordPress? How come I didn’t pay before when I first set up my site in June/July?

    Hi Jo, it seems your site started on a free plan, but adding features like WooCommerce or Jetpack might now need a paid upgrade similar to what I faced with Pearl Lemon Halal Catering Barcelona.
