Site expired – need it back up

    Hi there,

    Looks like my domain expired — had it on automatic renewal and am just noticing it didn’t go through. Need help getting it back up and running ASAP and can’t figure out how to do that on my dashboard… Site is http://www.storybaratx.com. Please help!

    Hi there,

    I checked and storybaratx.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

    I have reached out to our registry partner in regards to restoring your domain. In the meantime, I have also sent you a manual payment for the domain and fee. Please pay that as soon as you can.

    I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar. We normally her back from the within 24 hours.

    Just paid. Once you hear back from the registrar, does the site get back up and running, or is there anything else I need to do (knowing that this impacted my work email, as well)? The instructions you sent just seem to say I need to pay and that’s it.

    Yes, now that you have paid, you are all set on your end. Once I hear back from the registrar, we will restore the domain on our end and everything should be back up and running for you. We’ll let you know once everything is set up again.

    Hi there,

    I’m following up to let you know your domain was restored. You can now add a credit card for future automatic renewals, so it doesn’t expire again, by going to https://wordpress.com/purchases and click on the domain subscription, then ‘Add Credit Card’.
