Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please? The reason why I ask is because it looks like http://www.katalogpodstawek.pl is a separate site to piwakrakowa.pl.
To note, these sites are not hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, where updates are run automatically, we’d be more than happy to help.
To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.
