meu site encontra-se fora do ar, lembrando que minha hospedagem era do wordpress.com, quando migrei para o wordpress.org permaneci com a mesma, porém agora o site não aparece.

Hi Rayane,
prosadedesigner.com expired on 1st July 2018 and is currently in the redemption period.
We can still try to recover prosadedesigner.com but an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid along with the domain cost. I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page. I’ll start the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar once it has been paid.
If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released. Although please be aware this process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register the domain again, so this is the riskier option out of the two.

I don’t get why should i py for redemption costs as this renewal was set to be automatic, and my e-mail don’t have wordpress email talking about domain experience.

prosadedesigner.com was set to auto renew but the payment was declined by your bank or card provider so I recommend contacting them for more information about why this happened.
I’m afraid we are unable to waive the redemption fee because our registrar charges us this amount to recover a domain from redemption.

We sent several reminders to the email address on your Account Settings page — the first one on 2nd May 2018. If you didn’t receive them, please check your spam folder in case they went there.
Your payment has come through now, thanks for that! I’ve started the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar and will let you know when I receive a reply — this is usually 1-2 business days.
