Site (front-end and back-end) not working

    Greetings, I can not access my business website. I believe it is a WordPress issue and not Bluehost, as I cannot properly enter the back-end… please help! I would greatly appreciate it!
    This is what comes up when I try anything: This page isn’t working http://www.jeannoelherlin.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
