Site frozen, error message “Please set a Primary site.”

    I tried to do a new post today and when I clicked the “write” tab I got this error message “Please set a Primary site” and there is a link beside this apparent error message that says “Account settings.” When I clicked “account settings” it seems I go to my account settings, but there is none of my information and I am not able to edit anything. My blog seems completely unusable. I would appreciate your help with this matter.
