Site getting suspended without explanation

  I tried created my school project demo website 3 time but all the 3 times as soon as I am close to finishing, website got suspended. All of them , simple website with login, registration and about demo nothing complex, a very simple static demo site.
  Anyone faced any such issue? If yes what’s the resolution?
