Site Going Down Frequently

I have JetPack monitoring activated on all of my sites. I get notifications fairly regularly and at very specific times that show a clear pattern of when the sites go down. They are usually down for only a few minutes, but sometimes as long as 15 minutes. Because there is a pattern of when they go down, usually between 5:45am-6:00am or 11:15am-11:45am, my assumption is it is related to something at my hosting provider. They claim it isn’t and they needed more information to determine the cause. I gave them all the information from the documentation on the Monitoring feature and the reasons JetPack sees a site as ‘down’, but apparently that isn’t good enough data for GoDaddy to determine it is their fault and not mine, nor WordPresses. It’s only down for a few minutes so I’m not super concerned, but it would be nice to know the cause in case it is something I can correct on my end. The emails always reference the following numbers: 113575707, 114356684, 100167834. Thank you for any guidance you can provide.
