Site Gone
-
Hi,
We have a site http://www.example.com which linked to wordpress account but now it is gone.
We use its stats for Jetpack plugin to show popular post for past few days. Since the site is gone, Jetpack shows this error unknown_token, plugin broken.
And we realise the notification of the site is still existed on the wordpress dashboard but has linked to staging.example.com.
We do setup a staging with the live wordpress settings.
How could we recover this issue?
Thanks in advance
What is the cause of this, please help as we need its stats for Jetpack plugin to work properly on our live site http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com
Thank you

Hi, I’d recommend logging into the dashboard and connecting Jetpack. You can also use the debug tool at https://jetpack.com/debug if you’re having connection issues.

I have whitelisted the UA of jetpack , but still can’t re-setup, could Jetpack block the is doamin or IP?
