  Hi there, just to check – are you referring to your free site http://appleandeveesthetics.wordpress.com/ which is associated with your WordPress.com account?

  We do see that you previously hosted appleandeveesthetics.com with us, but this site now appears to be hosted with Bluehost, which means it is not connected to the WordPress.com system. It appears to use the free WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org instead.

  Because of that, we would definitely recommend that you contact Bluehost’s own customer service, or possibly the support forums of WordPress.org as they can be of better help:
