site hacked

    My site was hacked and has had so many glitches over the two years that I have had it, that I built a new site with a different company and connected my domain to it. I want to end my relationship with wordpress and request a refund for the remainder of my annual renewal. Of course there is no way to get in touch with WordPress. Any ideas?

    Are you referring to the site at wombforgrowth.wordpress.com, whose last posts were in 2015, or a different site?

    Refunds on WordPressdotcom are available for the first 30 days after purchase on everything except custom domains, which need to be cancelled and refunded within the first 48-hours after purchase.

    You need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade plan; you’ll find your current upgrades at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  • Hi folks, just to confirm, the last payment I see here was in 2015, and it was refunded back then.

    If you need help with a different account, you log out and log into that account, then get in touch here: http://wordpress.com/help/contact .

    It is possible to get in touch with WordPress. You’ll get direct support as long as you have an upgraded plan that is active. If you have a free site, you can post in the community forums, but you can still get staff help with the modlook tag.
