  Our site has been hacked by some Japanese company, and admin login information no longer works. What do we do?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to help you regain control of the site and restore any backups you might have with them. The self-hosted WordPress support forums might also be able to give some advice:
