  apexpropertysolutionsnm.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but rather with Site Ground. I would recommend contacting Site Ground, as they would be able to assist you in regaining access to the back end of your site:

  https://www.siteground.com/support

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  Today, I just discovered my site was hacked – dearrudaweddings.com. When I go to that domain I land on a Thai sports site with my business name. Scary! I’ve been a subscriber consistently for over 10 years. Nothing like this has ever happened in my relationship with WordPress and I am desperate to recover my site. Logging into my dashboard produces an admin site with all the tools but no pages or posts, as if I am a brand new subscriber. My annual plan renewed in February which was paid, and for which I have a receipt. I’ve sent an email asking for help from support to which I received a message that a “happiness engineer” will reply soon. I tried using the online chat function which has always produced great results in the past. Not this time. It’s as if I do not exist. And, I am not happy, because I have no way to contact WordPress except as mentioned above. Please advise.

  hi @dearrudaweddings, the dearrudaweddings.com domain Nameservers are at Cloudflare, and it appears there is something wrong on that end that is causing the domain to redirect. I would suggest contacting Cloudflare and have them check the settings to get your domain back onto your site. It appears the A Records are pointing the site to the wrong IP addresses. These would be the IP addresses for the site I linked to below and should be where your domain is pointing from Cloudflare.

  192.0.78.173
  192.0.78.204

  Can you also look at https://dearrudaweddings.wpcomstaging.com/ and see if that looks like the correct site?
