Site hacked and unable to login

  Hey guys,

  I’ve noticed that I was recently hacked and had tons of random post in my blog. I then logged in and deleted them. Right after that something happened and I was unable to login anymore – I can’t even get into the login page!

  I’m an additional user that was given admin capabilities but the site was created by a friend of mine who does not have the admin login anymore. What do I do???
