Site Hacked — cannot get in to fix — help!

  Hello – my site: https://blog.collectivelabs.com/, is not working. When I logged in via wp-admin, it is ‘Gel4y Mini Shell’ — need your help to get my site up and running. I have been working directly with my developers, but no one can get in. And the site has been down for a day now. Help, please.

  https://blog.collectivelabs.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
