Site Hacked?? How to Get Help?

All three of my wordpress sites are being directed to some strange page that I’ve not seen before and I dont know what to do.
Its going to the following site with the message below:

—————Does anyone know what this is and how I can resolve.

There is no domain mapping upgrade for carryingonbags.com. at WordPress.COM. carryingonbags.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
