Hi @cooperconsultinginternational,
Looking at your account, you don’t have any sites hosted with WordPress.com. Could you please share your site’s URL?
Otherwise, you might like to contact your host for further help.

My site was a GoDaddy and WordPress build.

From WordPress emails citing an error and failure, the message says that a Gutenberg error has caused the shutdown of my website.
I am unable to log into anything that would allow me to respond to this error.
And coincidentally I am being asked to renew the GoDaddy domains while I have no access, which I am obviously reluctant to do. Only recently I paid for an upgrade to my site security, only to have it shut down.Am I expected to pay for another security product…looking much like a ransoms?
Please respond to:

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, GoDaddy uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact GoDaddy for further support.
I hope that points you in the right direction.
