Site has been hacked

  A third party has installed something into the site that is sending emails. I can see the ‘program’ in the menu but don’t know how to get rid of it.
  I also (clearly) need to update my security settings?

  Is the site URL someguyinoz.wordpress.com ?

  If it is indeed managed by wordpress.com , then
  Please ensure you have changed password and enabled 2fa – two factor authentication.
