  Can you confirm your Site URL hosted with WordPress.com?

  If your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and then need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  My site has crashed due to the new update

  That’s our clue that the site in question is running on the open source WordPress installation. I’ve gone ahead and added the org tag to this thread.

  As mentioned, you’ll need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for assistance with this. Or, you can contact your hosting provider.

  My best suggestion is to disable all the plugins on your site, add them back one at a time, to see which one is causing issues with the new update. If you don’t find any difference, you should rule out the theme as being incompatible next. To do that, use a default WordPress theme like Twenty-Nineteen in a test environment.
