Site has crashed.

My site has crashed randomly. No new changes were made. I can not seem to find the problem. You have no helplines easily accessible which is frustrating. The one help line I found sent me here. I need a WordPress Tech to speak with an look over my site. I don’t need a forum. The help should be able to see my site from the back end. It will waste more time explaining the issue. This is a WordPress website. Not a blog.

Hi,
Can you share the URL of your website?
I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

Thanks! It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
The WordPress.org forums are a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
You can also reach out to GoDaddy for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
