  Our website has disappeared, it used to be suuruus.wordpress.com, but now we cannot see it. It was linked to suuruus.com, but now WordPress site is gone and site has become unusable. Could you please help.

  suuruus.wordpress.com has never been registered on the wordpress.com platform. You’ll have to wait untill a Staff memeber is available to sort this out.

  It looks like the domain you mentioned was connected to this WordPress.com site: https://gearmeupnow.wordpress.com.

  The site looks different now because your WordPress.com Business plan expired, and as a result, all plugins/custom themes (if any) were removed because they don’t work on the free plan.

  The good news is we still have full backups from before the plan expired. Please upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan and follow these instructions:
