Site has disappeared and is asking for wordpress installation!

  My website has somehow disappeared – every time you try to go on it, it says you need to install WordPress, and asks for a site title, username and email address. My website has been up for over a year, and the last time I posted was less than 24 hours ago and it was completely fine after that.

  Could someone please help!! Thanks!

  It sounds like you have a wordpress.org site, not a hosted wordpress.com site. Read “.com vs .org” for the differences.

  You need to go to the forums on http://wordpress.org/support/ for support on self-hosted blogs
