Site has disappeared from 'my sites'
-
I have three blogs on wp.org linked to wp.com but one of them has disappeared from ‘My Sites’ on my wp.com dashboard.
grandnat.co.uk should be there in addition to rogeredwards.co.uk and makesensepartners.co.ukour website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support
The xmlrpc file is intact and not being blocked. The other two sites are on the same host and are not showing any problems so I don’t understand why grandnat.co.uk has disappeared and I can’t reconnect it.
It’s still there because I can follow it – but I can’t work out how to reconnect it to WP.com.
When I try and connect it with Jetpack I get this error:
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the wordpress.COM support forum where we provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not hosted here and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageNote that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
