site has disappeared from wordpress.com panel and user status has been changed

hello i am experiencing some very strange behavior. i am unable to log into wp-admin or dashboard, neither can i see any active apps on wordpress.com dashboard but i can log into my site front end. logged into my wordpress.com account and i saw role change had occurred several times. i have logged again again and now my site is not on my wordpress.com account account at all i am really nervous.
