Site has had a ‘critical error’

  URL indicates ‘critical error’ and I cannot log in to any WordPress sites using my login details. I was in the Dashboard only yesterday with no problems!

  I have been ‘Admin’ on it for the past 2 years – however have not been able to change the previous Admin email. WP keeps prompting me to check and update Admin email contact but it won’t change, no matter how many times I input the new email Admin
