Site Health Page redirecting to some other page.

  Hi,

  I hope you are doing very well. I’m writing this to you because I’m trying to check the site health from the WordPress dashboard menu under tools. When I click on it I get the site health page and within 2-3 seconds it redirects me to a URL and it says page not found. I don’t know what is going on here. Please help me out. I can share with you the screenshots if you want.
