site hosted on wordpress.com (i.e. no plugins) keeps refreshing

  My website suddenly started refreshing on chrome and safari. I have emptied the cache with no difference and I cannot deactivate the plugins since i have none.

  and this refreshing issue is only on home page – not when looking each post separately!
