Site hosting transfer from SiteGround back to WordPress

  I currently have a (WordPress) site hosted by SiteGround. How would I go about transferring it back to be hosted by WordPress? And how much would it cost? The website is just for a local badminton club, with little funds, and uses a plugin to create a league table from results. From initially looking on WordPress though it costs a lot to host a site with a plugin.

  You can move your site back to us by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/

  Migration is free, but using plugins here does require a paid Business or eCommerce plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
