  You guys said you would issue a refund and then i can move my wordpress dot come to dot org. I just purchased about a day ago my dot com plan which I’m waiting to be refunded. Please confirm when that is done so and I can create my new dot org

  From looking at your account I can see your Personal plan was cancelled and refunded on 25-Jan-2017.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
