  Hello. An icon of a ‘dragon’ is displayed on my page which I have not inserted.. How can I change the site icon? I’m using the free membership and there is not any option in the settings. Thanks.

  Your site politicsglobedotcom.wordpress.com is using the default WordPress.com icon. Are you working on that site or on another one?
