Site Icon and Contact Form

    Hello! We have been having problems adding my site icon to pop up on the url. We have tried to upload and publish but it hasn’t been showing up as the site icon that we have uploaded. What can we do to fix that and get to load properly?
    Also we would like to add a contact form for our audience to fill out for questions etc.. how are we able to add that to our contact tab?

    Hi,

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

    However, although we can’t help with the site logo, it seems that you’re using the Jetpack plugin offered by Automattic. Due to this, you can use the contact form feature offered by Jetpack: https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/
