Site Icon not displaying…

This is the second time that I have had to post this, the last time, the thread was closed before any actual help was given, so this is a copy and paste of that thread.
I’m having issues with my site icon not displaying on my site. It displays fine in the Admin panel, and shows up on the WordPress.com site reader, but for some reason doesn’t show up on the public end of the site.

I initially figured that it was a cache issue, and emptied my browsing data, but even still the standard wordpress icon is the only thing that shows up.
What do?

Forget it, I’ve decided to ignore the WordPress uploader, and I simply replaced the file for your icon with my own.
