Site icon not showing in any browser

My site icon for http://www.SuraDogTraining.com doesn’t show up for me in Chrome, IE, or Edge. I have tried signing out & using incognito tabs so I’m sure to be looking at my site the way another person would. I can’t figure out the issue. Can anyone help?
