Site Icon Update Not Working

Hello, I’m trying to change the site icon. I deleted the old one and replaced with the new in the ‘Themes’ section, which applies to the tab correctly when I’m in draft/edit mode. However, once I visit the actual pages of our website, it reverts to our old logo. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Your site akuity.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by another hosting provider. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
