Site identity issues

Help! My site title randomly disappeared – it made a brief reappearance in a smaller font for a minute, but then disappeared for good. At the same time, my site logo randomly migrates between the left and middle of the header without me making any changes.
The site title is sort of the whole point – how do I get it to show up?
One thought: maybe I need to remove the links that navigate to the pages? But if I do that, how will anyone even know that there are other pages?
I’ve spent so many hours trying to fix this – any help would be so appreciated!
